As the woman testified today, she had a relationship with the defendant and on September 17, 2022, she gave birth to his child.
A total prison sentence of 13 months with a three-year suspension was imposed today by the Three-member Misdemeanor Court of Larissa on a Pakistani national for acts of domestic violence that occurred on Monday, January 30 against a woman.
As the woman testified today, she had a relationship with the defendant and on September 17, 2022, she gave birth to his child.
Last Monday, the man came to the house and asked to see the child.
Then, according to the woman, the accused slapped her and then took her out of the apartment of the apartment building, together with the four-month-old baby who was in the stroller.
The accused in his apology apologized for the incident and emphasized that the woman did not let him see his child. He admitted that he hit her, but not with force, while denying the accusation that he left her and their child out of the house.
During his plea, the district attorney pointed out to the defendant that he had been convicted again a few days earlier for an incident of domestic violence, and then pleaded guilty to the acts of bodily harm and unlawful violence but to the act of exposing a minor to danger suggested his acquittal.
The court agreed with the prosecutor’s proposal and imposed on the defendant a total prison sentence of 13 months with three years’ suspension pending his deportation from the country.
