“Mr. Filippidis was temporarily detained, remanded in custody for 11 months because a lady accused him of having committed two rapes against her. For this charge that deprived him of his freedom, the court unanimously acquitted him with the consent of the prosecutor. And there were the two attempts where he was sentenced to 8 years in prison where in these two rape attempts Mr. Filippides opened the door both times and said get out. Mr. Filippidis is innocent because if the world knew the facts about the two attempts in which he was declared guilty, they would have no doubt that Petros Filippidis is the man he loved, who entered his home for a number of years and justifiably kept him in the first row. He is innocent, he has already appealed.
