For a third hearing, Manos Daskalakis will appear again today before the Mixed Jury Court, facing Roula Pispirigou’s lawyer, who is coming with a new wave of questions to the estranged husband of his client.

The witness in the previous trial heard before entering the court Mr. Kouya publicly calling him a “clarion call”, while at the end of the session he was informed that the defense attorney said about his presence in court that “he was deplorable”.

Today, Mr. Daskalakis will again be called to give answers to Mr. Kougia, who reverses the parliament’s admissions, claiming that it was not Roula Pispirigou who could not bear to separate from her husband, but that Daskalakis was the one who ” he had absolute love with the accused”.

From the answers given by Manos Daskalakis during the previous meeting, it appears that he believes that the attempted murder of Georgina was done in order for the 34-year-old to claim him back in the marital home and that the murder was to avenge him as he was absolute in his decision to divorce. Mr. Kougias, after the previous meeting, referring to these messages, stated that “it was fully clarified that the one who had an absolute love affair with the accused was Mr. Daskalakis”. The witness himself said that these are some of the messages from that period and that there are others that show the aggression and jealousy of his wife at the time. He also said that these “tender” messages were a hypocritical attempt by him to keep a low profile so as not to burden Georgina with tensions.
