Today, another accused in the case of the rape and prostitution of the 12-year-old girl in Colonos by Ilias Michos, whom the little girl identified in her last statement, was sentenced to pre-trial detention.
According to information, this is a neighbor and family friend.
The defendant is one of the people “in the neighborhood” who the little girl pointed out to the authorities as her abusers.
He denied the charge of sexual acts with a minor for pay.
Yesterday, two more men were remanded in custody who are accused of sexual acts with the 12-year-old.
It is recalled that among the six people identified by the ELAS juvenile department is a well-known former referee of the A’ national team who, according to information, will cross the threshold of the investigator on Friday in order to apologize.
With today’s decision of the Investigator and Prosecutor to remand the accused, the total number of remands reached 18 since last October when the case reached the Court for the sexual abuse and exploitation of the minor, while it is the seventh of the 11 that the little girl indicated in the her last deposition to be held temporarily in the gruesome case.
