Victim of theft a 52-year-old man fell inside the OASTH city bus in Thessaloniki.

Specifically, a 67-year-old Albanian citizen stole 595 euros from the 52-year-old on the bus on the afternoon of February 2.

At the same time, from the Security Department of Toumba – Triandria, were found out four more cases of theft, one robbery and one case of fraud, while indictments were filed against a total of seven people.

In particular, charges were filed against:

  • A Moroccan citizen who, in July 2021, physically removed a gold chain from a citizen in the area of ​​Triandria, while in September 2022 he removed a moped belonging to a 64-year-old citizen from the area of ​​Faliro.
  • Two Syrian nationals, who in December 2021 removed from the area of ​​Toumba a car owned by a 45-year-old citizen.
  • An Albanian national, who in November 2021, after violating the entrance of a refreshment shop, removed the sum of 300 euros and two bottles of alcoholic beverages from the cash register.
  • Two nationals aged 60 and 32 (father – son), who in July 2022, pretending to be true, extorted the sum of (130) euros from a 22-year-old national under the pretext of selling a sofa.

The relevant case files will be submitted to the competent judicial authorities.
