After the first presentation of civil action filed in the courts of Larissa by lawyer George Bartzokis, who represents a multi-injured person from the municipality of Aristoteli in Halkidiki, for the fatal train accident in Tempi, another one has become known which is expected to be filed in the next few days, by the lawyer, Thanos Karatiolis.

The Last represents a 60-year-old injured from Katerini, who is still hospitalized at the Larissa General Hospital, having suffered fractures. “His injuries are not serious, of course he will be discharged in the next few days, however his son, with whom I am in contact, has also suffered a shock,” Mr. Karatsiolis tells GRTimes.

Also according to what he himself says the lawsuit will be filed under the category of “serious physical and moral damage” and will concern both the Greek government and the private company “for compensation, but also for lost profits which the 60-year-old lost due to his hospitalization”.

“I think that an important role in this case will be played by the conclusion of the commission established today by the competent ministry, which will shed light on the circumstances under which the accident occurred in Tempi. We will wait for this conclusion and then we will act accordingly,” lawyer Thanos Karatiolis emphasized to GRTimes.
