The 51-year-old’s defense attorney states that his client did not hit the woman but pushed her away with force in order to drive her away from him.
The man, although he had to be in quarantine, presented himself at the police station after the car expired.
A forensic examination was ordered, and all the material in the case file was read to the prosecutor in order to either indict him or appoint a regular judge.
