In an apology, they are called by special appellate investigator Sotirios Bakaimis three railwaymen who they are already being prosecuted with serious charges about the tragedy in Tempe.
This is the traffic inspector who put the inexperienced Larissa station master on the night shifts Vasilis Samaras whose criminal omissions caused the tragedy.

The traffic inspector is being prosecuted for disturbing the safety of transportation, a felony punishable by 10 years to life. He also faces charges of serial negligent homicide, as many as the dead in the tragedy, and bodily harm with the same criminal classification, as many as the injured.
In addition to the traffic inspector, the two other railway stationmasters who had the obligation to remain at their post in Larissa until 11 pm on the day of the accident, but left earlier, are called to apologize.

Both are facing the same serious charges as the traffic inspector, charges that have already been attributed to Larissa stationmaster Vassilis Samaras, who is now in custody.

The apologies of all three have been set for next Friday, while it is certain that their advocates will ask for a deadline to prepare their apologies.
