The president of PASOK – KINAL, Nikos Androulakis, spoke of an “organized paracenter of power” during his testimony in the wiretapping case.

The witness, who has made a statement in support of the charge, accused the government of a cover-up, while referring to the four private businessmen who are sitting in the dock for violating the privacy of communications, he said that they obtained financial benefits by providing services to political figures.

“People did not want me to be elected president of PASOK and they did everything they could with Predator and EYP. An organized parastate. They wanted to show the victim as the perpetrator and instead of the justice system working to protect me, it went into a meat grinder.”

The president of PASOK – KINAL described how there was an attempt to trap his mobile phone by the Predator software, which he connected with the internal party elections of PASOK.

“Until the resignation of Dimitriadis, I didn’t know for sure what it was about, in the first days I had no idea. But when this resignation was made, I understood that there is a domestic factor involved.

The temporal sequence of events proves that my monitoring was related to the internal party elections of PASOK. There were three attempts with the predator, when three attempts are made and the victim does not bite, the EYP is activated” he reported.

“If I were the prime minister and I learned that they were listening to the chiefs of the Armed Forces, I would not be anxious, who did it? Wouldn’t I try to learn? When I went to justice, all the gentlemen of the New Democracy began to abuse me! With lies, with hints of extortion, but we are here! We’re not hiding!”, said Mr. Androulakis.
