The case of the homicide of a 32-year-old foreigner, which took place on 30-5-2021 in Sepolia, was investigated by the sub-directorate for Prosecution of Crimes Against Life and Property of the Attica Security Directorate.

The 32-year-old was outside a cafe in Sepolia, when an unknown man approached him on foot and fatally shot him.

The perpetrator then escaped, alternately using cars and taxis driven by his accomplices.

According to the announcement by ELAS, for the investigation and clarification of the case, information and data were used, from the evaluation and analysis of which two perpetrators were identified, a foreigner and a citizen, who helped the perpetrator of the homicide with means of transport during the approach and his escape from the scene of the crime.

As it turned out, one accomplice had undertaken the planning and coordination of the escape of the perpetrator from the scene of the crime, and the guidance of the other accomplice, while after the homicide, he took care of the concealment of the weapon used in it.

In an operation that took place yesterday, Thursday, March 15, 2023, the two accomplices were identified, who were brought in and subsequently arrested pursuant to relevant arrest warrants.

Investigations are ongoing to identify the natural perpetrator of the homicide.
