The perpetrator who shot and killed a man in Drosero in the early hours of Sunday (19/03) was handed over to the Xanthi Police Department.
The perpetrator has also concerned the authorities in the past, as he was recently arrested by the Police after a wide operation in Drosero, while weapons and drugs were found in his possession.
This is a 36-year-old man, who uploaded a video on TikTok shortly before handing himself over to the Police.
In the video, he initially appears to explain the reasons why he shot the victim, while the moment he arrives at the entrance of the Xanthi Police Department is then captured.
According to the information so far, the 36-year-old and the victim had personal differences, with the perpetrator shooting him from close range, wounding him fatally.
The victim was taken to the Xanthi General Hospital where he ended up, while it appears that he had received at least 5 bullets.
The brutal murder has caused shock in the wider region, while it is worth noting that the perpetrator was released after his last arrest.
The police continue to investigate the murder and official announcements are awaited.
