Before the prosecutor of Heraklion the 66-year-old lyre player, the main accused in the chilling case of raping a little boy, was taken shortly after 11.00 am. The lyre player wearing black clothes, a hat and a mask and hiding his face, he walked through the door of the prosecutor from whom he asked and was given a deadline to apologize on Friday.

According to the information coming to light, the police did not fall from the clouds for the 66-year-old Cretan artist who is allegedly involved in the case of the rape of a minor boy in Heraklion.

The attorney for the minor boy’s family who fell victim to the lyre player, reported that the 66-year-old had been summoned last December by the Heraklion Police to testify without trial for a case of trafficking in pornographic material with an underage girl.

According to Mr. Kokosalis, in addition to the lyre player and the doctor from whom abuse does not appear, two other people who allegedly abused the child have been included in the “frame” of the case, but they have not yet been identified.

Regarding the action of the 66-year-old lyre player, allegedly “uploaded” on a dating platform, three different profiles for the minor in which pornographic material was posted. However, no friendship with the family emerges, nor a relationship with the child as a lyre teacher, but due to his social accessibility he is said, at some point, to have met the child.

This is a case with a very long “tail”, while he himself speculates that other people are involved and this is the reason why anyone who knows anything is widely appealed to speak up. The well-known lawyer estimates that other children have fallen victim to the lyre player, who had access to minors due to his status as a music teacher.

The case file filed by the Heraklion Security, pertains to rape per se, sexual acts with or in front of minors per se, pornography of minors per se, pimping per se, unlawful violence per se, and pertains to the period from 2018 to February 15, 2023.

The case came to light after a complaint by the family of a 16-year-old boy who, as he stated in his statement to the police, was receiving threats from the 66-year-old in order not to reveal to anyone what was going on between them.
