The growth of the so-called flexitarian segment has been increasing the number of vegetarian and vegan products on the market — and it was no different with the line of chocolates for Easter.
This year, for example, the GoldKo brand, which makes the sweet without added sugar, teamed up with the plant-based beverage company Nude to produce a vegan egg.
See below for options ranging from milk chocolate to more elaborate versions, such as the one with pistachio and raspberry jam in the filling.

Nude by GoldKo
The GoldKo brand, which sells chocolates without added sugar, has partnered with Nude to produce product options that replace dairy products using bases made from oats, already used by the beverage brand. The egg is made with 70% cocoa chocolate with hazelnut and is filled with chocolate ganache, which uses oat cream instead of milk cream.

With a chocolate of balanced sweetness, the egg has a pistachio filling and finishing with pieces of the oilseed over the eggshell, which makes the combination more crunchy.

The egg made with rosé chocolate is the option that most differs from traditional chocolates, with a thin shell filled with a layer of pistachio ganache and another layer of raspberry jam. With the large proportion of stuffing, it is indicated for those who prefer sweeter flavors.
