The restaurant on the 28th floor of Farol Santander offers a menu with a starter, main and dessert for R$149. The meal includes focaccia with butter and risoni with leek cream, mecca confit with fresh herbs, sautéed vegetables and egg mollet . To finish, semisweet chocolate mousse.

The house prepared confit cod for Holy Week, finished with aged balsamic and accompanied by fregola sarda, a type of round pasta, and pancetta. The dish costs R$ 118.

Chez Claude
The menu prepared by chef Claude Troisgros for the date begins with scallop crudo with chayote, fermented honey vinaigrette with jataí honey and jambu (R$ 78). For the main course, there is confit codfish with pepper and olive tapenade, potato and egg (R$ 190). To top it off, chocolate soufflé with cambuci syrup and limoncello (R$48).

Chef Fred Caffarena created an Easter menu with Greek influences, consisting of eight dishes and two desserts. Among them is the bakaliaros skordhalia: cod chips wrapped in crispy dough and mashed potatoes with roasted garlic and almonds. To accompany, rice with spinach and chicory. Patio das Cantigas
The new Portuguese cuisine restaurant serves two dishes for the date that bear Gadus morhua, the name of codfish. One of the preparations has fish slices with potatoes, olives, boiled eggs, onion and olive oil. The other has cod with almonds and parmesan, served with broccoli rice.
