They are two brothers aged 17 and 15 – One of them was immobilized by the shop owners
Armed minors tried to rob a convenience store in Nea Michaniona, Thessaloniki. One of them was immobilized by the store owners when they reacted, resulting in a fight, fortunately without injury.
Finally, the minor perpetrators were arrested by police officers of the Thermaikos Security Department, and as it turned out, they are two brothers aged 17 and 15.
Everything happened on Thursday night, when the perpetrators, the first one holding an air gun and the second a knife, arrived at the convenience store.
The 15-year-old stayed outside, holding “chilis”, while his 17-year-old brother broke into the store, where, under the threat of an air gun, he demanded from the owner’s wife, to give him the money from the cash register. However, the couple reacted and managed to immobilize him after a struggle. Police forces were called to the scene and arrested the 17-year-old, while a short time later they also handcuffed his younger brother.
With the file filed against them, they are taken to the prosecutor for criminal prosecution.
