Two citizens, aged 37 and 33, were arrested in the framework of the spontaneous procedure, on Monday afternoon (17/4) in Kypseli, by police officers of the Direct Action Division (DI.AS. Team) and a case file was filed against them by the Sub-Directorate of Prosecution of the Attica Security Directorate for violating the legislation on addictive substances.
As it emerged from the investigation, the above were active in the sale of produced quantities of cannabis, coming from two fully equipped laboratories-nurseries for the cultivation of hemp seedlings through the hydroponic method, which they had installed in two apartments in an apartment building in Kypseli.
In particular, the defendants were caught in the apartments jointly owning:
- two nurseries with -8- cannabis seedlings,
- -14- kilograms and -23- grams. raw cannabis,
- -59.7- grams processed cannabis,
- -10.1- grams hemp seeds and
- equipment suitable for creating plant ripening conditions.
The arrested were taken to the Criminal Prosecutor of Athens.
