Inside a parked car, with the window ajar and the doors locked, was a 4-month-old infant all alone
The human mind cannot comprehend what two women from Albania did in Thessaloniki. A mother left her baby alone in a friend’s car, with whom they went shopping in a department store in the area of Pylaia.
At noon on Thursday, a citizen found that inside a parked car, with the window half open and the doors locked, there was a 4-month-old infant all alone, without the supervision of an adult. The citizen immediately called Immediate Action.
A crew of police on-board patrols from the Pylaia-Hortiatis Police Department were at the scene and found the 22-year-old mother of the infant inside a department store doing… shopping! The young mother had left the baby in the car of her 27-year-old friend, with whom they went shopping at the department store.
The investigation revealed that the two women were absent from the car for a long time, exposing the infant to danger!
A case file was filed by the Security Department of Pylaia – Hortiatis for a complicity report against the mother, as well as the driver of the vehicle.
