“forbidden” she put a woman on her ex-husband and her in-laws as she does not allow them to see their child and grandchild respectively, since the day he was born, as a result of which the lawsuits against her are “raining” and already 150 have been filed so far.

The case came to Autoforo, the prosecutor addressed stern warning to the woman for severe consequences and gave her a deadline for the law to be applied and the child to be seen by the ex-husband and his grandparents.
They will be tried next week 14 out of 150 lawsuits at the expense of the woman

On Monday the woman sat on the bench of the Autonomous Single-Member Criminal Court of Volos for infringement court decision and in the presence of her ex-in-laws, she stated that she does not allow them to communicate with the child because they abuse him.

Her former in-laws were crying and their lawyer indignantly said that the mother is incorrigible, bullies old people and lies unabashedly.

The district attorney said addressing the 40-year-old that if she does not decide to normalize relations with her former family and allow contact with the child, as stipulated by the Law, she will have to face heavy penalties.

The defendant said that she is dealing with the divorce by having the child examined by a child psychologist, even though she was divorced when he was born and does not allow contact with the father, who is absent from Volos due to work obligations for 6 months of the year.

“You are destroying a young child and that is a huge mistake. He cannot be cut off from his family because you decided so in violation of every Law. If you continue at this rate, the consequences will be severe”, said the prosecutor addressing the mother.

Finally the Court gave her three daysa to follow what the law stipulates, to find a point of contact with her in-laws, so that the grandparents and father can see the child.
