Regarding Primary Education, the last classes in kindergartens and elementary schools will be held on June 15
Tuesday, May 23, 2023, marks the start of the exam period for students in 1st, 2nd and 3rd high schools as last week saw the last classes of the year for the high school classes.
In particular, the promotional exams for the A’ and B’ high school students will take place from May 23 to June 15. As for the students of the 3rd high school, the internal exams will be held from May 23 to 30 and then the Pan-Hellenic Exams will follow.
For the GELs (day and evening General High Schools), the Panhellenic exams will begin on June 2 with the course of Modern Greek Language and Literature (General Education) and then, between June 6-12, the exams of the Orientation courses will be held.
For EPAL (day and evening Vocational High Schools), the start of the Pan-Hellenic exams will take place on June 1, with the New Greek (General Education) course, and the specialty course exams will follow, from June 3 to 16.
The exams for the special courses will be held between June 17 – 29.
Countdown for high schools as well
On May 30, the bell will ring for the last time this year for high school students. The promotion and graduation exams in high schools will be held from June 1st to 15th.
