Another fan episode occurred on Friday night in Thessaloniki. Ten people attacked a group of minors because one of them was wearing an Aris T-shirt. The incident took place at Panorama in Thessaloniki.
According to the report of thestival.gr, everything happened shortly before 11 in the evening. The perpetrators aggressively approached the group of minors, who were in a Panorama park. They had noticed that one of the minors was wearing a shirt with Mars insignia. The minors – about 8 people – ran in different directions to escape.
The perpetrators identified a 15-year-old from the group nearby. They took off his jacket and saw that he was wearing an Aris shirt. One of the attackers, aged around 30, grabbed the jacket and tore the shirt of the minor. Then the perpetrators found in the area another young man from the group of minors. He was the one who first caught their attention because he was wearing an Ares shirt. They immobilized him and beat him, slightly injuring him.
The incident is being investigated by the Directorate for Combating Violence in Sports Venues, following a related complaint by the mother of one of the minors.
