It is developing into a thriller the disappearance of 27-year-old Anastasia-Patricia in Kos as well as up to this time despite the superhuman efforts of police and fire volunteers no trace of her has been found.
The police authorities may have proceeded at noon to arrest the 32-year-old Bangladeshi for kidnapping and intercourse with a person who could not react – it is recalled that the 27-year-old was intoxicated-, however, they still haven’t given an answer to the question of the whereabouts of the missing person from Poland enhancing the possibility of criminal activity.
According to police sources in his statement the 32-year-old admitted that he had sexual intercourse with the girl while he claimed that he left her at a nearby point from his house. However, he denied that he hurt her and to the successive questions of the policemen if he has killed her, he answered in the negative.
The 32-year-old was considered a suspect since yesterday when he was brought in with four other foreigners as after an investigation by the police a ticket he had issued for abroad was found. However despite drone surveys and trained dogs at the point indicated by the arrested person no trace of the 27-year-old was found.
As the police say, the next step in the investigation is to search the wells that exist in the wider area and some of them are quite deep. The last hour the 28-year-old partner of the missing woman testifies for the second time in a few hours who on June 12 she reported her missing.
In his last statement, the 28-year-old claimed that on June 12, at night and while he was working, received a phone call from Anastasia-Patricia in which she told him that she was drunk and how she would return to the hotel with a friend of hers.
A short time later he received a message on his mobile phone from his missing partner with her location. When the 28-year-old arrived at the scene, he did not find her and started calling her. But the girl’s cell phone was switched off. He then searched for the mobile’s location through an app and managed to locate it about 6km away from where the 27-year-old had sent it, on Kiapoka Street in Tigaki.
But he didn’t find her there either and a few hours later he contacted the authorities of the island.
