Once again, the operation of EL.AS proved to be a lifesaver, which with “Bridge of Life” opened a road and escorted a car in which a three-year-old child was riding who was bleeding from the head and had to be urgently transported by Polygyros of Halkidiki to Hippocrates Hospital in Thessaloniki .
During the operation, police patrol cars and two-wheelers that started from Agia Anastasia in Halkidiki, regulated the traffic and reached Thessaloniki and the hospital with great speed, avoiding the worst for the child’s health.
According to the information so far, the child hit the back of the head while playing in a playground, causing him to bleed.
The frightened parents of the child, who received him covered in blood, immediately called 100 and asked for the assistance of EL.AS, so that he could reach the hospital as quickly as possible, with the information stating that the child is in good health.
It should be noted that the child arrived at the Hippocrates Hospital of Thessaloniki from Agia Anastasia Halkidiki in about 20 minutes, while there was a lot of traffic on the road.
