The Ministry of Education, Religion and Sports has announced that the procedures for the submission of the 2023 Computerized Bulletins have begun from today, Friday, July 7, 2023 at 1:00 p.m. and expire on Monday, July 17, 2023 at 12:00 p.m..

Candidates, using their personal security code (password) that they have already acquired or will acquire these days, will be able to visit the electronic address https://michanografiko.it.minedu.gov.gr and select the Computerized Report (M.D.) for admission to Higher Education and/or the Parallel Computerized Certificate (P.M.D.) for admission to Public IEK.

A. Regarding the Computerized Certificate (M.D.) for admission to Higher Education, candidates will be able to study and process the M.D. and to make temporary preferences (Temporary Data Storage) and then proceed with the final submission of their data sheet (Submission of Data Sheet) no later than Monday, July 17, 2023 at 24:00 pm. When completing the Data Sheet , candidates will see and be able to select those departments for which their average grade performance is equal to or greater than the E.B.E. of each department, taken into account, where necessary, and of the E.B.E. of the special course or the practical tests (competitions for TEFAA).

After submitting the M.D. for admission to Higher Education, any amendment by the candidates is possible, within the predetermined date of submission of the M.D. and only with the mediation of the school unit.

Those candidates who did not have time to obtain a password, can go to their High School, either on the scheduled on-call days or on the two (2) extra days that the High Schools will be operating in July. Those candidates who do not remember the password they had already obtained at their school, can either contact their High School on the scheduled on-call days or the two (2) extra days that the High Schools will be open in July, or alternatively if they had registered a personal email ( upon obtaining the password), to set a new password through the M.D. application. with the “Security code reminder” option, without going to the school unit.

Computerized Certificate for admission to Higher Education can be submitted by:

– Those who took part in the nationwide GEL or EPAL exams of 2023, and if they already hold or obtained a high school diploma (GEL candidates) and a high school diploma and degree (EPAL candidates).

– Those graduates who took part in the nationwide exams of the daily GEL and EPAL in the years 2021 or 2022, claiming this year 10% of the admission places, without a new exam. Those graduates who are candidates for the 10%, participate in the selection process with the points they had achieved in their last exam. Specifically, for the candidates of the 10% of the year 2021, the E.B.E., as formulated in 2021, applies, while for the candidates of the 10% of the year 2022, the E.B.E., as formulated in 2022, applies.

The tables with the Minimum Admission Requirements (E.B.E.) that correspond to each School or Department of Higher Education, can be found in the application of the Computerized Report (M.D.) in the “Useful Documents” menu, so that candidates who participated in the 2023 National Examinations of both GEL and EPAL to be informed.

It is recalled that the E.B.E. they result from the average performance of the candidates per Scientific Field/Sector in combination with the coefficients set by the Schools/Departments of the Universities themselves. That is, a School/Department may have chosen as Minimum Admission Basis 80% or 120% of the average performance of the candidates or any of the values ​​in between. As, also, he may have chosen for the Special Course(s) involved as the Minimum Admission Basis of Special Course or Special Courses 70% or 110% of the average performance of the candidates or any of the intermediate values ​​between this interval.

It is pointed out that together with the E.B.E. the coefficient of each E.B.E., the Special Course or practical test – if required for admission to specific Schools or Departments – and finally the corresponding E.B.E. coefficient are also displayed. Special Course.

B. With regard to the Parallel Computerized Report (P.M.D.) for admission to the DIEK, the candidates in the same exclusive deadline from Friday July 7, 2023 to Monday July 17, 2023 at 24:00 pm, with the same personal security code (password), they can submit the Parallel Electronic Data Sheet (P.MD.D) for the Public IEK.

Those candidates who did not have time to obtain or do not remember the password, should contact their High School, either on the scheduled on-call days or on the two (2) extra days that the High Schools will be operating in July.

Within the same period, if a candidate finalizes his parallel computerized application and wants to make any modification, then he can simply cancel Finalization through the application itself, without coming to his school. But, he will have to finalize it again WITHIN the same deadline.

Beneficiaries to submit the Parallel Computerized Report for admission to the Public IEK are:

– Candidates who submitted an Application-Declaration and participated in the 2023 Day or Evening GEL/EPAL All-Hellenic Examinations. For the submission of the said P.M.D. they will use the personal security code (password) they have already created.

– The final students of the day or evening GEL/EPAL of the current school year who did not participate in the 2023 GEL/EPAL National Examinations. The creation of the personal security code (password) by these candidates for submitting a Parallel Computerized Report was or is being done at the GEL /EPAL that they were studying.

General information

1. Candidates are suggested to print and/or save on their computer the submitted finalized computer plan (which will have automatically acquired a protocol number) so that they can see their final preferences at any time.

2. It is recalled that the deadline for submitting the M.D. and P.M.D. is exclusive and after its attendance no candidate will be able to finalize them.

3. For any information, support, even the use of a computer that they may not have, the candidates will be able to contact their High Schools, which will be open on the days with the scheduled shifts of each High School and additionally on Wednesday 12-7-2023 and on Monday 7-17-2023.

4. Finally, it is reminded that the candidates who are referred to the Repeated Nationwide Examinations of September 2023, submit a Computerized Report with their preferences, after the Repeated Examinations, at which time they will be able to obtain a personal security code (password).
