SEAJETS proceeded to announce offers and discounts on its ferry routes: Included discounts for families, for permanent residents of islands, for three children, but also a number of other special discounts. In this way, the company responds to the government’s call to be addressed the issue of expensive ferry tickets and as it was known, the liners are expected to submit their proposals.

As it states in its announcement, “SEAJETS -realizing the difficulties faced by Greek families, mainly due to inflation and inflation, which is plaguing all of Europe- has already moved from the end of May 2023 to price reductions of up to 19% compared to 2022, on several routes preferred by Greek travelers. More specifically, e.g. on Paranaxia tickets has reduced prices up to 16% for passengers and up to 30% for vehicle tickets.

The same announcement continues as follows: “SEAJETS, in consultation with the Greek Government – and despite the great volatility in fuel prices which have increased since last week by 8-10% – in the public interest expands its discount policy and announces in total the additional discounts below that apply for issuing tickets from July 18 and for travel until September 18. More information about the procedure for issuing the following discount tickets can be found from Tuesday 18 July on our page www.seajets.com/el”.

1. Family of four discount 30%

30% discount on passenger and vehicle return tickets when issuing return tickets at the same time on the itineraries as indicated in the table below:

2. Permanent Resident Discount 20%

20% discount on passenger tickets to all Aegean islands on the itineraries as indicated in the table below. (For permanent residents of the Dodecanese 40% discount on the line Sitia – Dodecanese).

3. Three children discount 30%

30% discount on return passenger tickets for children of three with the simultaneous issue of return tickets on the routes as listed in the table below. (A 50% discount already applies to children with multiple children).

4. Special discounts

i) 25% discount on return tickets for passengers and vehicles from Volos to Sporades with the simultaneous issuance of a return ticket.
i) 25% discount on return tickets for passengers and vehicles to and from Rafina on the routes Rafina – Andros, Rafina – Tinos, Rafina – Mykonos and Rafina – Paros with the simultaneous issuance of a return ticket.
(iii) 25% discount on return tickets for passengers and vehicles from Thessaloniki to Lemnos and Lesvos with the simultaneous issuance of a return ticket.

5. Discounts for day trips of cultural and religious interest (visit to the archaeological sites of Delos and Panagia of Tinos respectively)

i) 50% discount on return passenger tickets from Paros to Mykonos with the simultaneous issuance of a return ticket on the same day.
i) 40% discount on return passenger tickets from Naxos to Mykonos with the simultaneous issuance of a return ticket on the same day.
(iii) 30% discount on return passenger tickets from Paros to Tinos with the simultaneous issuance of a return ticket on the same day.

6. The Seajets group is examining with the relevant ministries directly the grant of a 15% discount to the beneficiaries of the Market Pass.
