Dozens of packages of narcotics and hallucinogenic substances were found in Thessaloniki and Drama, in two houses of a 30-year-old Greek who was arrested by officers of the First Port Department of Samothraki of the Central Port Authority of Alexandroupoli.

As announced by the Headquarters of the Coast Guard – Hellenic Coast Guard, during a check carried out in the area of ​​the port of Kamariotissa, Samothraki, the 30-year-old was found in possession of ten nylon packages with raw cannabis with a total weight of 348 grams, two with processed cannabis with 75 grams, four packages containing possibly MDMA with a total weight of 26 grams. and more than 25 other packages with trace amounts of cocaine, ECSTASY tablets, ketamine, unknown chemicals and tablets (probably psychotropic) and others with LSD-soaked blotters.

In a lawful investigation that followed, in the presence of a judicial officer, initially, at the home of the 30-year-old in Drama, by officers of the Narcotics Prosecution Office of the Central Port Authority of Kavala, with the assistance of officers of the T.A. of Drama and with the assistance of drug detection dog K9 “VERA” of D.A. Drama, a glass jar with raw cannabis weighing a total of 1,453 grams and other packages with processed cannabis 40 grams, with an unknown white crystalline powder of 10 grams, ECSTASY and LSD were found.

From the investigation that continued, it was revealed that the 30-year-old had large quantities of drugs and hallucinogenic substances hidden in his home in Thessaloniki as well, as in a lawful search that was carried out there, in the presence of a criminal judge, by officers of the Regional Drug Prosecution Team of the Central Port Authority of Thessaloniki, with the assistance of the drug detection dog K9 “BOBBER”, seven nylon packages were found items containing raw cannabis leaves and flowers, five nylon packages of raw cannabis plant extracts with a total weight of 297 grams, seventy-six tablets of an unknown chemical composition, possibly psychotropic, one plastic package containing an unknown chemical substance in white crystalline form, various other chemicals, with a total weight of 398 grams.

Also found in the same area were nine packages and a glass container with (probably) hallucinogenic mushrooms, with a combined weight of 470 grams. two glass containers with an unknown chemical substance in liquid form, seven sticky notes of an unknown chemical substance, papers impregnated with possibly LSD, eight packages of chemicals weighing 129 grams, ten seedlings from 0.40 to 0.61 cm in height and various plastic containers that contained organic-improvement substances for growing plants, of various sizes – complete hydroponic cultivation equipment.

From the 1st Port Department of Samothrace of the Central Port Authority of Alexandroupolis, which is conducting the preliminary investigation, they also confiscated a I.X. passenger car, precision scales and a small amount of money.
