A few hundred guests they currently remain in the more than 30 municipal/public and private spaces secured by the authorities for the temporary housing of citizens and visitors in Rhodes, as in consultation with the hoteliers of the island, the absorption of a large number of people was ensured in available rooms and secondarily in houses offered by volunteers.

In most places, volunteers now outnumber guests, while large quantities of food, bottled water and cleaning supplies remain available in case the structures need to welcome residents and tourists again.
