They were delivered today, Tuesday, by ERGOSE in the OSE critical projects for the upgrade of railway services, the signaling in the Larissa – Plati section and the remote control in Domokos – Larissa.

According to the announcement of the OSE, today the administrative acceptance for use by ERGOSE in the OSE of the signaling of the section of the double line from Larissa to Platis took place, 130 km long With that part completed as well, it works now complete signaling in the sections of Ag. Anargyroi – Oinoi, and the Remote Administration from Tithorea to Thessaloniki, as well as from Thessaloniki to Promachona.

At the same time, the Traffic Control Center (TCC) of Larissa, which controls the traffic of trains, was handed over on a length of 200 kilometers of double railway track, in the section from Domokos to Plati. KEK Larisa is a state-of-the-art remote control center that has all the necessary means for traffic control and management.

Finally, by the end of September it will be released into circulation and the last signaling section, from Oinoi to Tithorea, which will be controlled by the Traffic Control Center of the SKA – Tithorea department.

With the delivery of the upper signaling department and its inclusion in the SKA Remote Control Center the axis from the Athens exit to Thessaloniki will be fully remote-controlled, ebut the ETCS train monitoring and control system on the track (railway) will also operate until the end of November.
