During the lockdown caused by Covid-19 in 2020, the practice was resumed in Italy, and not only wineries, but cafes and restaurants also adopted the model for services to continue working.

Three years after the trend spread across Italy, architect Murilo Grilo presents the concept in Brazil. This is Buchette Del Vino, a project that opens its doors this Friday (18) at Café com Arquitetura, a space located in Bexiga in a listed house.

The place will offer wine services at the window always on Fridays and Saturdays, from 4 pm to 8 pm. You don’t need to make any reservations, just arrive, ring the bell and place your order, which includes the house drinks menu, such as filtered coffee (R$ 8.50) with freshly ground beans, espresso coffee (R$ 9 .50) and red wine cabernet sauvignon (R$ 17 a glass).

Those who do not opt for the window can still visit the space as long as they make advance reservations on Airbnb. The value is R$ 140 per person. Murilo Grilo will open the house for coffee with the right to a class on local architecture.

For the price, the menu includes Greco yogurt with honey, homemade artisanal bread with poached egg, bacon, avocado and freshly grilled cheese, as well as homemade cake made by the host, which can vary between cornmeal and chocolate flavors.

The drinks menu includes coffee with freshly ground beans, mineral water, natural juice (orange or green juice) and a 750 ml bottle of red wine that can vary between merlot, cabernet or sparkling brut rosé of 750 ml in case of a group of four people.
