Message to residents and vacationers of Sarantis beach to move away to Thisbe was sent from 112, after the fire that broke out in Prodromos Boiotias. Strong winds are blowing at the spot.
44 firefighters, 1 pedestrian unit and 16 vehicles approached the front of the fire. Air assistance has been requested from three aircraft and one helicopter.
Another message was sent earlier by 112 for residents to be ready to move away.
