The Turkish businessman Ali Sabandsi and his wife Vuslat Dogan Sabandsiscions of two of the wealthiest Turkish families, were injured in a serious speedboat accident in Greece and rushed to Turkey.
The couple was injured off Leros while on vacation, the speedboat reportedly crashed into a rock under unspecified circumstances.
The pair were initially served rushed to Halicarnassus, and then to an Istanbul hospital on Friday, according to the Demiroren news agency.

It seems that the speedboat was also on board two children of the couplewhich however managed to escape, falling into the sea.
THE Ali Sabandsi is the president of Esas Holding and member of the board of directors of the financial company Pegasus Hava Tasimaciligi AS. THE Bouslat Sabandsi is a member of the board of Dogan Holdings and daughter of media mogul Aydin Dogan.
