The special O Melhor de São Paulo Gastronomia – Restaurantes, Bares e Cuisine brings a selection of more than 900 places to eat and drink in the city, presented according to their specialty and with information about the neighborhoods in which they are located.

In addition to the selection, the project highlights winners elected by the specialized jury and highlights the opinion of city residents through a Datafolha survey, which draws up a list of the best addresses in São Paulo according to São Paulo residents.

ATTRIO PIZZERIA

It serves traditional pizzas and house creations, as well as pasta. The round dish named after the restaurant is made with tomato sauce, buffalo mozzarella, parma ham, parmesan and arugula (R$135). For children, there are three options, such as penne sugo with mignon scallops (R$ 49). In the large hall, there are tables to accommodate groups and a space reserved for the little ones, with a slide, a ball pool and drawings to paint.

BRACE PARRILLA

It welcomes families in a spacious lounge, where Uruguayan and Buenos Aires-style barbecue is served. A complete parrillada, for four people, costs R$398 and includes chorizo, ancho, sirloin steak, sausage, grilled peppers, strip ribs and morcilla (a kind of sausage). There is a menu for children, who can play in an area dedicated to them with toys, games and costumes.

EAT ASIA – HELLO KITTY AND FRIENDS 2D

The 2D decoration, with all the walls and furniture painted in black and white, creates an optical illusion in the environment. The themed restaurant is inspired by the universe of Hello Kitty, a Japanese character, with a menu featuring dishes from that country’s cuisine. The section aimed at the little ones has bento, a colorful lunchbox with rice balls, chicken, omelette, spring roll, sausage and bifum pasta (R$39).

PIZZA SHED

At the same address for 27 years, it welcomes customers in the salon and in the backyard, where the children’s area is located, which has a blackboard for drawing, stuffed animals and other toys. Traditional pizzas are served in large and bud sizes. The one named after the house has sautéed spinach, toasted almonds and mozzarella (R$87 and R$55.50). Of the Neapolitan pizzas, the one with burrata and pesto costs R$52.50. It is possible to exchange the traditional pasta for the gluten-free one.

MANIHI SUSHI

It offers all-you-can-eat Japanese food (R$179) and à la carte dishes. Children can have fun in a special room, where there are toys and a kind of catwalk to climb, connected to a slide and a ball pool.

ANIMAL WORLD

With several units, it has decoration inspired by the jungle, with artificial plants and stuffed animals. An actor dressed as a friendly lion dances and interacts with the children, who can also play in an area with a ball pool and a slide. To eat, there are boards to share, with items such as fries, chicken, cheese and breaded onions.

PIZZATTO PIZZERIA

In an area with monitors, there are board games and other toys (you have to pay R$10). The menu offers starters, pizzas and desserts — the creamy cocada with Uruguayan dulce de leche (R$27) is a hit. For children, there is a smaller pizza, as well as spaghetti or gnocchi for prices between R$23 and R$26.

PRAÇA SÃO LOURENÇO

The attraction is a garden with jabuticaba trees, fig trees and a lake with koi fish. In this scenario there are outdoor tables and a tree house for the little ones, who can have fun with entertainers on weekends — when a buffet of food prepared in a wood oven is also served. It costs BRL 179 for adults, BRL 89.50 for children up to ten years old and it is free for those up to five years old.

BROKEN BROOM

The world of magic, as seen in “Harry Potter”, inspires the house. An on-site amusement park, for an additional fee, features games, a carousel, arcades and a ball pit area. The menu lists burgers, sides and milkshakes.
