AO Phoenix Syros is pleased to announce his cooperation with Vassilis Kostopoulos for the 2025/2026 season. The 30 -year -old (1.98m) is returning to Syros after four years for a second term in Phoenix. In his first appearance in the “pirate” in the two years 2019-2021, the Greek extreme celebrated with us the win of the League Cup in the 2020/21 season.
Last season, Kostopoulos won three domestic titles (Cup, League Cup, Super Cup) with the Olympic jersey and reached the quarter -finals of the CEV Champions League. He has also competed in Panathinaikos, Kifissia, United Volleys Frankfurt, Panachaic and Pan -Erythra.
