The special O Melhor de São Paulo Gastronomia – Restaurantes, Bares e Cuisine brings a selection of more than 900 places to eat and drink in the city, presented according to their specialty and with information about the neighborhoods in which they are located.
In addition to the selection, the project highlights winners elected by the specialized jury and highlights the opinion of city residents through a Datafolha survey, which draws up a list of the best addresses in São Paulo according to São Paulo residents.

CHOCOLATE DU JOURNEY
It was in the 1980s that Claudia Landmann began to make her chocolates, sold in cans and elegant packaging, the house’s trademark. The cocoa that supplies the creations at the address comes from Fazenda Santa Luzia, within the Pratigi Environmental Protection Area, in Bahia. If you stop by for a coffee, the pistachio supreme (R$24) is a puff pastry filled with cream and pieces of the nut.

GALLETTE CHOCOLATES
With a pet-friendly space in the outdoor area, it has a cafeteria, a cocoa bean roasting station and a room for courses. Created in Zurich 178 years ago, Lindt is one of the best known Swiss brands. It arrived in Brazil in 1969, when its products began to be distributed in supermarkets and emporiums. Since 2007, it has been producing handmade brigadeiros with its own chocolate. The store has a decor inspired by Parisian boutiques. Founded by Arcelia Gallardo in 2013, it produces chocolate bars with unusual flavors, such as Romeo and Juliet, sweet rice, umbu and baru, all for R$27. The brand uses ingredients native to the Americas and works with cocoa and fruit cooperatives. They also teach about chocolate production in indigenous communities in Latin America.

The brand that today produces more than 300 items started in 1971 with bonbons only. The chef-chocolatière store is where Brazil meets Belgium. Among his creations are the passion fruit bonbon with banana cachaça and jambu cachaça.
