The extension, until 12/31/2023, of the duration of the fixed-term private law contracts of the cleaning staff, for the cleaning needs of the buildings of the Central Service and regional services of the Ministry of Finance and the A.A.D.E., due to non-completion of the ongoing relevant tender procedures, provides for an amendment tabled on Friday night to the bill on digital platforms.

This bill, entitled “Incorporation of Council Directive (EU) 2021/514 of 22 March 2021 amending Directive 2011/16/EU on administrative cooperation in the field of Taxation and other provisions on the Tax procedure, the preparation of the state budget and the Fund for Utilization of Private Property of the State” is introduced for voting in the plenary session of the Parliament the day after tomorrow, Monday, 4/9/2023.

With the same amendment, the suspension of duties of the members of the D.E.P. FOREVER. who are placed in the position of Permanent Representative or Deputy Permanent Representative in the M.E.A. O.O.S.A..

Also, the duration of the special liquidation of the companies that are in the final stage of the special liquidation is extended until the completion of the distribution of the liquidation product to the creditors and in any case not after December 31, 2023.
