“You are who you are, what you do. But you didn’t expect the video” she writes in her angry and caustic post
Along with all Greeks who were shocked and outraged by the tragic death of 36-year-old Antonis in the port of Piraeus on Tuesday night, Erietta Kourkoulou-Latsis wanted to publicly express her sorrow and anger with posts on social media.
In her final caustic comment she wonders: “If I or any rich man had escaped would we have been denied entry?”
In another post, with a photo of a jumbled black and white sketch, she wrote: “I try everyday to convince myself that most people are good, but many days like today I fail. For a whole hour the ship left normally. They circulate among us. But there are also the hundreds of voices that turned the ship back to the port.

However, a child will not wake up today. He won’t go out with his friends again. He will not celebrate joys, he will not experience sorrows. He will not see his parents and children grow up. A child left because there are stuck minds who, in order to exercise their power (may God make it power) do not consider anyone or anything,” wrote Erietta Kourkoulos.
