The Municipality of Palamas requests residents to evacuate from underground spaces and houses that are dangerous, as the waters rise in all the rivers that flow through the area.
The suspension of the opening of Primary and Secondary Education units until Friday, September 29, 2023, for the safety of students and citizens, was decided by the mayor of Palamas, Mr. Giorgos Sakellariou.
The Municipality of Palamas requests residents to evacuate from underground spaces and houses that are dangerous, as the waters rise in all the rivers that flow through the area.
Also in the same announcement it is emphasized that residents should be ready to evacuate from ground floor areas, avoid unnecessary movements, show composure, follow the instructions of the competent authorities, Police, Traffic, Fire, Civil Protection, Municipality and follow the instructions of the warning message “112”.
