Sakis the policeman who became a reseller – The new evidence from the big case
The “machine” set up by those involved in her case seems to have had a pyramid shape TV piracy as “subscribers” were found by word of mouth and some of them developed into resellers, naturally expecting significant profits. And the members of the pyramid had reached their number of 13,000.
The profile of those involved is quite interesting, according to the figures that have emerged from the latest information:
-At the top of the pyramid was the Mitsos, the leader based in Gythio in Laconia. The 42-year-old had a business with retail trade of radio receivers and three stores of health interest
-The deputy leader was allegedly the Takis from Ilion. The 54-year-old was the first-level software administrator and reseller, it said.
-There was o treasurerwho appears as the chief’s son-in-law
– The case file also mentions Sakis the policemanwho was initially a customer but later became a reseller
-In the group appears the “aunt”also a relative of the chief
-There is also o barberwho actually ran a barbershop, through which he “advertised” the job he had set up.
As for money laundering, this was done through the purchase of houses and shops, as well as through betting companies. Those involved paid in cash, but also applied for a loan to make it look like they found the money there.
