Civil Protection warnings in view of bad weather

The Ministry of Climate Crisis and Civil Protection addresses recommendations to Regions and Municipalities to inform the citizens about the weather phenomena that are forecast on Wednesday in order to take self-protection measures and to limit their movements during the peak of the phenomena.

Following the Extraordinary Weather Deterioration Bulletin issued by the National Meteorological Service (EMY) and based on the latest forecast data, for Wednesday, February 2, local rains and sporadic thunderstorms are expected in the Attica region, which will be strong from time to time. The phenomena will weaken in the evening hours. Also, in the region of the North Aegean, as well as in the Regional Units of Laconia and Messinia, rains and thunderstorms are expected which will be strong in places.
