Commenting on reports about “jihadists” photographed with asylum cards his sources Ministry of Immigration and Asylum point out that the granting of asylum to an applicant makes it an inviolable condition that he be clearly marked and mapped. In other words, as they explain, the granting of asylum presupposes that there are no documents issued by the competent authorities Security Principles prosecution measures, international arrest warrants, red notice or a series of other elements. Only then the employee of the Asylum Service is legitimized and can enter into the examination of the substance of the case.

The same parties point out, after all, that the fact that some people were photographed with asylum cards or travel documents does not necessarily mean that they are the legal holders of them.

As they note, on the one hand, these documents may be the product of forgery or falsification, on the other hand, the documents may be genuine, but their real owners may have lost or sold them to smuggling networks, as has been proven many times in the past during investigation such networks.
