The chairman of the Democratic Party denounced in the studio the plot that landed Beleris in prison, without evidence, two days before the local elections on May 14
Its president Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, invited to a show where the issue of the privatization of the former Partizani sports club was discussed, also spoke about the Beleri issue. Berisha published a serious fact showing how the State Police and SPAK organized the arrest of Fredis Beleris.
Berisha denounced the plot that led him to the studio Beleri in prison, without evidence, two days before the May 14 local elections.
“Rama is degrading the prosecution to an extreme degree. I want to inform the Albanians tonight about some truths about the Beleri problem.” Berisha stated and then read the message with the complaint:
“Mr. Berisha, I want to inform you that the person used by State Police to carry out the action against him (Beleris), the corruption against Fredis Beleris, he was paid 700 thousand lek (7,000 euros). The payment was made by the Special Secret Fund of the State Police. According to SPAK’s announcement, to send to trial the criminal prosecution number 111 of 2023, responsible for Beleris… and this person is called Arsen Rama.
A scandal was perpetrated by local and central police chiefs. The Director of Avlona, Ermal Muçajand the Director of the Criminal Police Department, Neritan Nallbatithey acted contrary to the State Police Act and the instructions of the Home Office for the management of the secret fund.”
