As suspects, eleven members of parliament of the Spartans party are called to account by the Prosecutor of the Supreme Court Georgia Adeline and to this end Parliament’s permission is requested in writing.

The eleven Spartan MPs are called as suspects, to provide explanations for cheating the voters in the recent parliamentary electionsas, as justified in the prosecution document addressed to the Speaker of the Parliament, they belonged to the Spartans party led by Vasilios Stigas, but in reality they had the support and absolute guidance of Ilias Kasidiaris, an imprisoned and convicted former leader of the Golden Dawn.

“That is, it is pointed out in the prosecution document, the above actually offered the Spartans party as a cloak for a new political party to Ilias Kasidiaris, making it easier for him to circumvent the eligibility restrictions set by the electoral legislation.”

Elsewhere in the prosecution document it is justified because the 11 deputies of the Spartans are called for deceiving the voters in explanations by the Prosecutor of the Supreme Court herself.

In particular it is pointed out:

“The above should provide explanations regarding that in the parliamentary elections of 6-25-2023 they allegedly jointly deceived the voters, in the following way to change their electoral opinion, that is to vote, instead of another option, in favor of them and their party. In particular, they jointly falsely presented themselves to the voters, in order for the latter to vote for them and their party, that they are candidates for parliament of the Spartans party led by Vasilios Stigas and follow the principles of the specific party, whose organization and action meet the conditions of electoral legislation and serves the free functioning of the democratic state. But the truth was that they were chosen by Ilias Kasidiaris and not by Vasilios Stigasthat thanks to the support of the former, deputies had been elected and that they recognized as their real leader the above, who guided them from the prisons.”

The Prosecutor of the Supreme Court has been conducting a criminal investigation for a long time on the occasion of public complaints of the head of the Spartans Vassilis Stiga, who had denounced extra-parliamentary centers and underground processes in his party, even using the heavy characterizations of “Greek Mafia” and “Don Corleone”.

After Stiga’s public complaints, he himself had been summoned twice to testify before the Prosecutor of the Supreme Courtbut in his public statements he had attempted to tone down his initial complaints, however it is not known what he testified before the Supreme Court Prosecutor herself.

However, in the prosecutor’s document that initiates important developments for the Spartans party as it requests the Parliament’s permission for the eleven deputies of the Spartans to give explanations, specifically the

1) Athanasios Chalkias 2) Charalambos Kastivardas 3) Georgios Manousos 4) Alexandros Zerveas 5) Ioannis Dimitrokallis 6) Dionysios Valtogiannis 7) Georgios Aspiotis 8) Michael Gavgiotakis 9) Ioannis Kontis 10) Petros Dimitriadis and 11) Constant Inos Floross.

The prosecution document in detail.

“To the President of the Greek Parliament.
Through the Minister of Justice

We are sending you in accordance with article 83 paragraph 1 of the Rules of Procedure of the Parliament as applicable and article 56 of the Code of Criminal Procedure the attached file with certified copies (numbered by serial number and recorded in a state) of the elements of the 6267/2023 criminal preliminary file that was formed ex officio by the Prosecutor’s Office of the Supreme Court to investigate the complaints of Vassiliou Stiga, leader of the Spartan party, both in the Parliament (session Thursday 8/31/2/23) and in his interviews with the media, regarding extra-parliamentary press centers ” Greek Mafia” and “Don Corleone”, who guide and instruct the deputies of his party, etc.

We ask that the Parliament decide, according to article 62 of the Constitution, whether or not to grant the required permission for the examination as a suspect of the deputies of the Spartan party.

1) Athanasiou Chalkia, 2) Charalambou Kastavarda, 3) Georgiou Manousou, 4) Alexandrou Zervas, 5) Ioannis Dimitrokallis, 6) Dionysiou Valtogiannis, 7) Georgiou Aspiotis, 8) 11) Konstantinou Florou.

The above should provide explanations regarding the fact that in the parliamentary elections of 25-6-2023 they allegedly jointly deceived the voters, in the following way in order to change their electoral opinion, that is to vote, instead of another choice, in favor of them and their party. Specifically they jointly falsely represented to the voters, in order for the latter to vote for them and their party, that they are candidates for parliament of the Spartans party led by Vasilios Stigas and follow the principles of the specific partywhose organization and action meets the conditions of the electoral legislation and serves the free functioning of the democratic state.

But the truth was that they were chosen by Ilias Kasidiaris and not by Vasilios Stigasthat thanks to the support of the former, deputies had been elected and that they recognized as their real leader the above, who guided them from the prisons.

They even had a plan before the elections, based on which, immediately after their election, they would overthrow Vasilios Stigas and appoint the new leader of the party, the one fully controlled by Ilias Kasidiaris Charalambos Katsivardas.

In addition, the amount of the state grant, against which the Spartan party had already received approximately 40,000 euros, would be included. In other words, the above actually offered the Spartan party as a new political party mantle to Ilias Kasidiaris, making it easier for him to circumvent the eligibility restrictions set by the electoral legislation and especially by article 32 of p.d. 26/2012 as valid after the replacement of par.1 with article 102 of law 5019/2023 and its amendment with article 35 of law 5043/2023.

Specifically Ilias Kasidiaris has been convicted in the first instance with the decision 2644 of 2020 of the A Three-Member Court of Appeal of Athens for joining and directing the criminal organization “Laikos Syndesmos-Chrysi Avgi”etc., and he is the founder of the party “National Greek Party” whose participation was excluded both in the national elections of 21-5-2023, pursuant to decision 8/2023 of the A1 Department of the Supreme Court, due to non-compliance with the cumulative conditions of article 32 par.1 of p.d 26/2012 as valid, as well as by virtue of decision 95/2023 of the A1 Department of the Supreme Court in the national elections of 25-6-2-23, in which he attempted to fraudulently participate as a false combination of cooperating candidates with the name “Greeks for the Homeland and Freedom”, with Ilias Kasidiaris as the real leader.

According to the admissions of the above decisions of the Supreme Court, Elias Kasidiaris “did not cease to be the real leader of the “National Greek Party”, which is the continuation of the Golden Dawn, has never disapproved or dismissed, even at least the previous – as a leader of the Golden Dawn hate speech, his violent and racist action, in the context of the criminal mechanism of the above party, copied the institutional mechanisms of the Greek State, the intended policy of destroying the democratic institutions of the rule of law and the disapproval of the rights and freedoms recognized by democracy”. For violation of articles 1, 14, 23 par. 1a, 27 par. 1, 45 of the Civil Code and article 112 par. 2 of Law No. 26/2012 as applicable”.
