In Ana Malta was addressed by Coolnvintage asking her to reimagine it 1966 Land Rover Series 2A that she has in her collection. The roof of the vehicle caught the attention of the Portuguese artist and she used it as a canvas for her artistic intervention. He climbed a ladder and began to paint.

Layer by layer, her work unfolds, revealing dense forests and lush vegetation, a tribute to nature. In the video, which she prepared in collaboration with Coolnvintage, Ana Malta explains the roots of her artistic approach.

The old roof tarpaulin of the 1966 Coolnvintage Land Rover Series 2A was removed to make room for a tiger lurking in the vegetation. Turtles or coiled snakes have a small presence. Toucans pecking at branches and leaf litter on dying trees emerge.

It is not the first time that a vintage Land Rover has been turned into a canvas for a work of art, as five years ago Coolnvintage entrusted the Land Rover Defender 110 V8 to the hands of Portuguese artist Vasco Costa. It may, however, be the first time that the resulting artwork specifically invokes the spirit of nature.
