A 15-year-old student is being held on the most serious charge of rape, while his friend, also a 17-year-old student, is wanted in order to be arrested for the same charge.

In accordance with onlarissa.gr, occasion of a “joke”, as they considered it, an act that “was done for fun” when the two children in the square of Ergatikis Protomagias, in the Great Prophet Ilias, in the neighborhood of Neraida, in Larissacoerced another 17-year-old into consenting to sexual intercourse, only the minor victim is a child with a pervasive developmental disorder.

The 15-year-old arrested was brought to the Criminal Prosecutor’s Office of Larisa yesterday. where he was prosecuted for common rapeas a result of which the minor will be referred to the Investigator, in order, possibly even today, to apologize and until then he remains a prisoner.

According to information from the newspaper “Eleftheria”, the 15-year-old allegedly attributed the act “as a joke”, stating, among other things, that he only put “his hand, over the pants” of the 17-year-old, denying the accusation and the sexual act. More specifically, according to the case file, last Tuesday afternoon the 17-year-old perpetrator allegedly held the 17-year-old victim while he was sitting on the bench in the squarewith the 15-year-old forcing the minor (s.s. together with his friend) to tolerate a sexual act, which is described in the case file, while directing disparaging comments against the 15-year-old.

The victim’s mother reported the incident to EL.AS. on the evening of Wednesday November 1st and the same night DIAS police officers. they proceeded to arrest minors from the May Day Labor Square. Among them the 15-year-old, who was arrested by police officers of the Larissa Security Directorate, earlier describing what happened in the square the previous evening.

The 17-year-old co-accused is wanted for arrest.
