The new application “Eudoxos” is available through which undergraduate students can complete the procedures for the declaration and receipt of documents, as well as submit questions for clarifications, having a flexible way of accessing the information system.

According to the Ministries of Education, Religion and Sports and Digital Governance, the application is currently available for Android devices on the Google Play Store as well as through, in the “Drafts – Eudoxos” service and through the “Eudoxos” information system.

In addition, the application will soon be available for iOS devices.

With the new app the overall declaration and receipt process is facilitated, through smart devices for students, from a total of 18,455 active authors, of the 491 publishers participating in “Eudoxos” for the academic year 2023-2024. In particular, more than 230,000 active students can easily and quickly:

  • To be informed about the deadline for declaration and receipt of transcripts of each academic semester
  • To carry out and modify their written declaration
  • To see the PIN code and the collection points of their documents
  • To have an image of the number of documents they are entitled to and of the documents received, in real time and
  • To carry out a voluntary exchange of documents through “Eudoxos+”.

The application was implemented by the National Network of Technology and Research Infrastructures (EDYTE S.A. – GRNET), a body of the Ministry of Digital Governance, within the framework of the Action “Electronic Services for the management of the distribution of documents – Extension of EYDOXOS”, of Sub-project 1 “Upgrading and Expansion of Operation PS Evdoxos” .
