In particular, contracts concerning the Emergency Departments in the “Mamatsio” Hospital of Kozani, the “Bodosakeio” of Ptolemaida, the prefectural hospital of Kastoria and the corresponding one in Grevena.

We are building the new Emergency Departments so that our hospitals can welcome our patients in a dignified, civilized and efficient manner.

The exact same contracts were signed by the commanders of the 3rd and 4th Ministry of Health on the one hand in Central Macedonia, in the hospitals of Naoussa and Veria and at the same time in the hospitals of Pella, Giannitsa and Edessa.

Four trunk hospitals for Central Macedonia in highly developed areas, where the Emergency Departments in about a year from today will be handed over to our fellow citizens.

At the same time, we are very happy, because the only hospital that Eastern Thessaloniki has, “Agios Pavlos”, will also acquire modern, functional and efficient Emergency Departments for our fellow citizens, and at the same time the hospital’s clinics are being renovated and modernized.

We are working round the clock to effectively absorb the Recovery Fund resources which have a specific expiry date. We are working hard in order to be able to give our fellow citizens our hospitals in a better condition. We are working resolutely to make all the necessary changes and reforms that our system needs, so as to ensure health and care for all our fellow citizens and to build a National Health System worthy of Greek men and women.”
