The 33-year-old tennis coach is being sent to prison after his apology for accusations concerning the seduction of two underage athletes, in the years 2015 and 2020.
The coach was brought before the investigator at noon, faced with accusations of abuse of minors who have reached the age of 14, in a row and continuously and for sexual intercourse with a minor who has reached the age of 14, continuously.
According to information from the case file that was formed against him after a complaint from one of the two victims, the 33-year-old had an affair with underage girls. According to the girl who complained to him, the actions of the accused against her lasted for two years. The second victim, an adult today, testified to the police that for at least five years the coach had been seducing her.
He denies the allegations, citing a “mistake” he made, asking to pay “for what he really did and not for what he’s been given”.
The lawyer of the 35-year-old, Christodoulos Filias, stated: “The accused was remanded in custody and is charged with three felonies. The two do not exist while the third charge is misdemeanor. “She was not his coach and therefore there has been no offense. He admits that he had an affair with the other girl. He was not her coach, the girl was 14 years old and the offense is misdemeanor.”
