H Naval Group wished “Happy Birthday” to the Greek Armed Forces with a video of the deployment of the state-of-the-art “brain” of the “Kimon” frigate, of the first Greek Belharra.

The “Kimon” frigate, which will soon be delivered to the Navy, is in the final phase of construction in Lorient, France, while in the previous days the PSIM (PANORAMIC SENSORS and INTELLIGENCE MODULE) sensor array was installed.

PSIM, 40 meters high, weighing 150 tons and mounting 60 antennas, incorporates:

The frigate “Kimon” has a displacement of 4,500 tonsapproximately 122 meters long, with a maximum speed of 27 knots, a crew of 120 and incorporates advanced digital technologies.
