The recipe to make soufflé with noodles and tuna |

by

There are many who at a table and just hearing the word “souffle” give up what they do and wait patiently to enjoy it. Souffle is also one of the many comfort foods as it can be a little harder to make than plain spaghetti with cheese but the taste is incomparable.

Here you will see a souffle recipe, a little more special than you are used to, with noodles and tuna. Easy and delicious!

Materials:

  • 170 grams of egg noodles
  • 2 packages of tuna in water
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 small onion, cut into cubes
  • 2 celery stalks, cut into cubes
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 300 grams of grated cheddar cheese (or any other cheese of this type you prefer)
  • some frozen peas (optional)

Implementation:

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Cook the noodles according to the instructions on the package. Meanwhile, heat the oil in a small skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and celery. Season with salt and pepper and cook, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are soft, for 5 to 7 minutes.

Add the tuna and peas to the pot with the noodles, 2/3 of the cheese and mix until combined. Transfer to a baking sheet and pour over the rest of the cheese. Bake until golden brown, 8 to 10 minutes. Serve hot.
