As Mrs. Dimoglidou said, based on the statements and the video footage, there is no human abuse of the husky
The representative of EL.AS, Konstantina Dimoglidou, spoke to MEGA about the evidence that EL.AS has so far regarding the abuse of Oliver in Arachova.
As he said, according to the evidence they have in their hands, there is no human abuse of Oliver.
“We don’t see a human somewhere abusing the dog,” he argued. He clarified, however, that the police are not the ones to decide on the cause of death, while the toxicological tests and expert opinion are awaited.
“The pre-investigative material that we as the police have collected has not been given to the competent prosecutor. It is expected to take place this week. All the material that the police has collected, statements, the doctors’ tests that were done both before and after the animal died, statements from the veterinarians, in addition to the tests, video footage and statements from residents of the area,” said Mrs. Dimoglidou.
“EL.AS he doesn’t have vets, he doesn’t issue a medical opinion, let’s make it clear. Based on our own material, depositions and video footage, we do not see a human anywhere abusing the dog. Of course, the police are not the ones to decide the cause of death. The toxicology tests are expected, which have not been completed, we do not have results from them and of course there remains the expert opinion appointed by the competent prosecutor, which will take place this week”, added the representative of the Hellenic Police.
“We don’t see, anywhere, any perpetrator abusing the animal”, pointed out Konstantina Dimoglidou.
