The issue of death comes to the fore again of Husky in Arachova after the double urgent prosecutor’s order for an investigation into the circumstances of the husky’s death.

In particular, according to ertnews.gr, the deputy prosecutor of the Supreme Court, Anastasia Masoura, ordered a double urgent investigation into the case of the husky in Arachova.

Two orders of the Deputy Prosecutor of the Supreme Court, Ms. Anastasia Masoura, to the First Instance Prosecutor of Livadeia, refer to the case of the abuse to death of a dog in Arachova. The investigation continues to identify the perpetrators.

We ask you to act as an urgent preliminary investigation to verify the execution of ex officio criminal acts, such as violation of articles 251, 252 of the Criminal Code, and the identification of the perpetrators regarding the leakage of confidential documents of the case file from the ongoing police preliminary investigation, regarding the death of the purebred dog husky named Oliver in the town of Arachova on 28-11-2023 and in particular the expert opinion carried out by the professor of Veterinary Medicine of the University of Athens. Mr. Nikolaos Papaioannou, who even gave interviews and comments on it on television stations.
